II. General terms of use

Purpose of these terms

The purpose of these General Terms of Use (the Terms) is to govern access to and use of the Website. For these purposes, the Website means the external appearance of the screen interfaces, both static and dynamic — that is, the navigation tree — together with all elements integrated within them (the Content) and any online services or resources offered to Users (the Services).

Light Notes reserves the right to modify the presentation and configuration of the Website, its Content and its Services at any time and without prior notice. The User acknowledges and accepts that Light Notes may at any time interrupt, deactivate or cancel any of these elements or access to them.

Beyond the cost of the telecommunications connection contracted by the User with their own access provider, some Content or Services offered by Light Notes or by third parties through the Website may be subject to prior contracting, in which case this will be clearly stated and the applicable terms made available to the User.

The relationship between the User and Light Notes shall be governed by the legislation in force in Spanish territory. Should any dispute arise as to the interpretation or application of these Terms, the parties shall submit to the ordinary courts and tribunals having jurisdiction under the law.
