Sapiens: Understanding in order to create

Ferran Adrià and the elBulliLab team created the exhibition «Sapiens. Comprender para crear», which invites visitors to think about the apparent simplicity of bread with tomato, and shows how a systematic method can lead to surprising and genuinely new results.

We built the interactive screen that gathers visitor surveys and turns them into a cannelloni recipe. Each month it proposes three pairs of ingredients: vegetables, herbs and animals.
